This week, it's been Junk Fu. I know it's a freebie in the Kinect Fun Labs, but getting that last achievement for burning 35 calories in a single game is wearing me out. I get close, but then I start missing my targets and it all goes downhill. By the time I'm on my third game, I don't have as much energy as the game before - therefore, leaving me with a lower score than before. It cracks me up, but I'm getting a workout regardless.

I just bought Kung-Fu High Impact. In 15 minutes I killed 44 enemies nonstop. If you like side kicking and punching for your life this game is the best. Do the survival Horde option and try to last 15 levels = 15 minutes of exercise and I guarantee your shirt will be soaked.

I like Dance Central and Fruit Ninja. Recently got Black Eyed Peas....I want to try Zumba Rush but I wasn't to happy with the 1st one. I found the scanner didn't pick up to well. Does anyone know if Rush improved on that?

The tongue has no bones but is strong enough to break a heart, be careful with your words.

I've been using Kinect Sports & Kinect Adventures. Definitely not into the dance ones, and YS really didn't work for me at all. Being just a hair off the beat made me have to do the exercises over and over again, and it was not very motivational. At least with Sports and Adventures I have fun while getting beat up. I downloaded the demo to Sports 2 - have to check that out.

The games that I am loving right now are Just dance 3, the black eyed peas experience, kinect sports season 2 and I like the Michael Jackson experience...I love dancing games because I am getting a workout but it does not feel like it. Kind of still want to get yourshape 2012 but not really sure...

I'm mostly doing Just Dance 3 right now with my daughter. We do it for 30 minutes on sweat mode. We always end the session with a mash up we earned that session. I sometimes through in the Kinect Sports, Kinect Adventures of Your Shape Evolved on the weekends to mix it up.

I love DC and DC2! I love the Crew Challenge option. I cleared the medium level for crew challenge a couple of weeks ago, and I'm gearing up to clear hard. Playing in running shoes on the concrete floor in our TV/rec room stinks, though. We have a bunch of other games, but they don't get near the play time the DC games do. Fighters Uncaged and Kinect Sportsd are fun, and I want to try the Just Dance and Zumba games.

Mine is Dance Central and Dance Central 2, mostly because I enjoy playing these games. I love trying to unlock the achievements. The leaderboard on each song creates competition among my friends, so I tend to play them more than my other workout games (I'm looking at you EA Active 2)

the games that helped me lose the most weight originally were dance central, zumba, and biggest loser ultimate workout. I have long since traded those in and upgraded so now my new go to's are dance central 2 and I just bought zumba rush yesterday which let me tell you is a 1000 times better than the previous one! I tried the demo to your shape 2012 and I wasn't feeling it, I guess I like the kinect games that work me, but don't make me feel like i'm working out if that makes any sense :)

So far I've only used YSFE 2012 and some Just Dance 3. Since I've only had my Xbox for about 2-3 weeks the only thing I've noticed is being sore. emoticon

The games I keep coming back to are Dance Central 2 and Zumba Fitness Rush. The main thing about both of them is they are fun to do. Zumba does get easier with practice. I've found that over time I can challenge myself a little more on there with harder routines. The first time I did Zumba and Dance Central 2 I was just flopping all over the place. Eh, I still had fun and had to laugh at my flopping.

I do throw in YSFE 2012 for tai chi, cardio boxing or any of the other classes. I use a SparkPeople videos for strengthening exercises.

Definitely YourShape FE 2012. The husband and I played the heck out of the first one, and are totally digging the heightened challenge of this new one. I feel really comfortable with the kickboxing classes it has, and I can really push myself with the circuit training style programs (can finally do the ones that are 25 mins or so).

We have the first Dance Central, and it's a great time, but I haven't used it much for fitness. It feels too fun to be a workout, so I just forget to put it into my exercise rotation. XD

I tried a Zumba demo once, but I'm a total Zumba newbie and did not understand what was going on. Does that one get easier with practice? I was just hopping around confused. :)

Zumba keeps me coming back. I like both the Your Shapes but over time I noticed that I stopped `playing` the first Your Shape yet with Zumba I found I kept coming back. It has the fun element for sure so sometimes when I wanted to play but didn`t want to work out I was able to put that one in. I just bought the Zumba Fitness Rush which is *amazing* so I know it will last a while longer :D

Dance Central 2 keeps me coming back for more. And Kinect Adventures can get me sweating too. I don't have many games and it's still pretty new to me so they are all fun! I think Just Dance 3 works me out harder than DC2 because it's more "jumpy" but I'm just not as motivated to keep playing JD3 for as long.

I'm using Dance Central. I want to get Dance Central 2 but I feel I need to complete some tasks on the first one. Currently, my goal is to get 5 stars on the easy level, unlock anything that is locked. Then I'm moving on to medium and then hard. Hey Mami is giving me some trouble on the easy level. I can't get that center step thing right. LOL

I also do Cardio boxing on Yourself fitness. Does anyone else have trouble stepping on the colored circles? Ugh! I never really gave it a try because it frustrated me.

Last I like fruit ninja. It really gives my arms a workout.

I am really loving YSFE 2012. It's the only Kinect game I'm playing right now (KA has a lot of jumping and my feet are kinda wonky right now). I've played the heck out of the cardio boxing section and wall breaker, and now I'm working through the cardio exercises and boot camp. I will probably try Dancemasters again this weekend. It's pretty complicated, but I want to practice and get good at it.

OMG UFC Trainer tried to kill me this morning. There were these Get-up exercises and Bear Crawls which were essentially plank walk-outs, and I couldn't even finish what I was supposed to for some of them. Sweating like crazy, and then I got to punch. I love this game.

I can't say that any one game has had that much impact yet since I just got the xbox and Christmas and it is rarely on during the week. I've been runner, cyclist and swimmer so that's had more impact.

So far though, I think KS (the one with boxing) has probably been the best for me so far. I've done that as a workout a few times. It's fun and gets the heartrate up there. I like that it works upper body more since my running and cycling both focus more on lower body.
Cabela's Adventure Camp ranks right up there too with the mountain bike racing. Running & jumping in place the whole time gets you sweaty. LOL

I really like the interface on YSFE. And I like that you get to pick and choose as you go. What I'm really waiting for though is a good game for the Kinect. Have high hopes for the upcoming Star Wars game but who knows when that will come out.

Dance Central 2 and YSFE 2012 given that they are the two games I play the most. I think I play DC2 more than anything else but I'm looking to increase my strength training, so I plan on punching more calories with YSFE 2012 this year.

At the moment I'm still enjoying the Kinect Adventures. I do a few rounds of Ralley Ball as a warm-up, then play River Run for a good half-hour or more, cool-down with the bubble popping one, and stretches with 20000 Leaks.
I'm leaving the dodging, ducking and jumping one for now. I need to be fitter and lighter (old knee injury).
It's a great way to get started. I've actually lost a few kg and can now fit into my bathers so I can do my favourite exercise - swimming :)

Freedom's just another word for nothing left to lose.

Hrmmm. Its a toss up here. I just got in YSFE 2012, and really like it. I think I'll end up getting the most out of it. But up until it came it its been mostly Fruit Ninja and KSS2.

YourShape is the one that works for me...

Ok - so it's the only one I own (other than Adventures and Just Dance 3 (Not my thing - it's for my daughter)). That said - I've got a lot of demos and I really have to say that out of all of them YS is the one that allows me most flexibility and control.

One down side that I have found with YS that I would think is a feature that really needs adding is to have programmed workouts - so instead of having to pick I'd like to be lazy and set myself up a schedule of things to do during a session. That said - it's not a major show stopper.

I would have to say its the Your Shape Fitness (first one) and Kinect Sports 2. I only really like the kickboxing on the your shape but the sports games make it more entertaining to play and I add extra running even when I don't need to.

Didn't get the Kinect until after I was in maintenance but I LOVE the EA Sports Active. I got the Your Shape Fitness (first one) and don't really like it as it is too slow for me. I also have the Fighters Uncaged game and it makes you sweat and I was sore for a few days after getting involved in the game and not realizing I had been at it for almost 2 hours. Just got the Black Eyed Peas Experience and it is going rather well even though I suck at dancing (it is fun and the songs are ones I know).

I am lovin my new Your Shape fitness evolved 2012! I like it better than the old YSFE. It is better at detecting moves. I love the Cardio break a sweat workouts and the abs Sahpe and Burn workouts I've done so far.

OMG I am in love with UFC Trainer right now. I'm two weeks into the 60 day program, and I am loving it. I work hard, really hard. It had me do T Push-ups, and I couldn't even complete them. It changes up the program enough to interest me. I love the boxing. It mostly can read me correctly (had some issues with my Arnold presses). I am wiped after those workouts, and I haven't even moved beyond 5lbs for weight-bearing exercises yet!

DC2! DC2! I like YSFE, but DC2 is sweaty fun! My roommate and I do it together nearly every day. I wouldn't call it a major calorie burner, but it keeps me active and on track. And when I don't do it, I miss it and find myself doing the moves here and there in the kitchen, while at work, etc.
