I have the same problem sometimes too. It seems like I go in spurts. I work out to Dance Central(I try to beat every song on easy, medium and hard), Your Shape and Zumba. I haven't tried Fruit Ninja yet but everyone talks about it, I think I may have to check it out. Good luck getting back into the swing of things.

Ninja! Ninja! Ninja! I love Fruit Ninja. It might be because I love fruit so much. Be careful the first time you play it; my arms were sore for a few days. There's a super fruit that you can chop as many times as you want in a set span of time, and Mr. and I have competitions to see who can do more.
This is also a great game for kids if you have any or if any come over from time to time. (If you play with kids, you need to get down to their height for the controller to read bot of you properly)

Also, if you haven't picked up Fruit Ninja yet, there is a fun (not really workout-y) game called Gunstringer available for about $40 that includes a copy of Fruit Ninja, so you may wish to check that out. There's a demo of that one on XBLA as well. Good luck getting your spark back!

Very cool - mostly hands, can use your feet - it will track. There are several team members who have it - and the game will set you up with challenges for any of your XBLA friends who have the game to beat their scores in the different modes. My wife and I are on it often - although right now we're watching the Steelers :-) We are hutchdb and sweetmsbehvain on XBLA

I started with fitness evolved in april. I focused on doing no more or less than 30 minutes each day for the first month, then upto an hour in months 2 through 4 . the trick I found was to sign up to the shapecentre application that comes with it and use that to watch the graph grow slowly.

Ok i got my kinect last christmas and used it till probably about may pretty steady then i just stopped. It's time to get back to it. I would like to know what games you use to exercise with. I have dance central, sports, your shape, and one more. I tried Michael jacksons didn't like it and didn't like the zumba. Are there any others out there that are fun and give a good workout?
