My goal this week is to keep up with the walk/jog program. I am on Week 4. I need to do three days of training this week. My other goal is walk/jog at least 5 miles. I also do plan on playing on the Kinect but what I do on that is like icing on the cake. It's extra. =)

I guess I can take this a bit farther...in two parts....

What motivates you to be active in a spark group? Are there certain things that you look forward doing in a spark group? Do these things motivate you to maintain better habits?

How much does encouragement from other people motivate you? Do you find motivation when you take the time to encourage someone else?

What other ways do you find motivation?

I just took a Spark Poll asking about my current motivation level. After submitting my answer, I saw the results of the poll, which showed most people having fluctuating motivation. For those that can answer they have "strong" motivation, what keeps you that way? What is your driving force?

For those looking for motivation, what do you think you can do?

Going off of this site's suggestions and from reading 'The Spark', we know part of our motivation comes from strong goals. That is why I am making this week's challenge to make a goal: www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/team_mes
