My goal this week is to keep up with the walk/jog program. I am on Week 4. I need to do three days of training this week. My other goal is walk/jog at least 5 miles. I also do plan on playing on the Kinect but what I do on that is like icing on the cake. It's extra. =)
I just took a Spark Poll asking about my current motivation level. After submitting my answer, I saw the results of the poll, which showed most people having fluctuating motivation. For those that can answer they have "strong" motivation, what keeps you that way? What is your driving force?
