I'm pretty sure you can choose which exercises you do but it seems like way too much lunging and squats. I know I have picked the kickboxing. That one is fun. And the yoga is also good. I think there was also a tank top arms session in there somewhere.

So I tried this for the first time last Friday. I did 50 minutes of squats and lunges. :-( I have been sore since then.
I'm kind of scared to pop it back in because I don't know if it's going to do lower body again or not.
Is there anyway to choose what exercises you do in the personal training mode?
When do I get to upper body strength training?
