I reached my goal in May and kept it off until a few weeks ago. 15 weeks ago, I was injured during a PT evaluation. Since they as of yet couldn't find the actual injury, I had an epedural injection to help control the pain. As of last week and that injection, I can no longer walk. Until after they can do an xray in Jan to make sure my fusion isn't broken, I am confined to doing nothing. I have gained back 4 pounds, which now has me 1 pound over goal. So, I say I am doing pretty darn good to keep my weight so close.
My neice and nephew were using my kinect today. It was fun watching. Now, to only hope I'll regain my legs and be able to play.
Well...in 2010 I:
- lost 40 pounds
- ran a 5k
- got back into SparkPeople
The end of the year seems a little backwards for me as I've generally been less active and gaining a little weight. But...the biggest difference, I'm sticking to SparkPeople. In the past, if I got busy or gained, I would hide. Now, I'm here and committed. I'm still checking in and still here. I fully intend on 2011 being even better.
