I am def. not there! I'm trying to ease my way into clean eating. and maybe paleo from there.
I'm seeing results with Paleo... I've tried the zone before and I felt hungry and still had food cravings.. for whatever reason, Paleo has eliminated my cravings and I rarely feel hunger. Plus, I just have an overall feeling of being nourished.
Having said that.. I've heard good things about the Zone from others.. so why not just see which works best for you?

I did a round of whole30 a few months ago and have stayed mostly paleo since then. I have re-introduced some dairy (always whole fat and organic/pastured when I can get it) and gluten-free grains. I would say I consume one serving of either of these per day. Some people at my box swear paleo is the way to go, others praise zone. When I asked my coach what she does she said "I do both". I looked at her like she had two heads. She basically uses the zone template to build meals but she makes her meals paleo. Thinking of trying zone... what have you tried and/or seen results with?
