I just joined! Hi, all! I am starting CrossFit On-Ramp program next monday. I'm really excited and nervous. I get married on 8/5 and I really want to lose at least 5lbs by then (or significant inches). I currently teach spinning classes (60 mins) 3 days a week, and have been lifting for about 2 years. I also am a runner. I am starting marathon training in June/July for a full marathon on 9/30.
