I had a trainer I work with help me figure out a rough basal metabolic rate and then we adjusted from there. We came up with 1936 as the max end . I still lose, but not at a fast rate. That's fine, because I also am not hungry, so not tempted to cheat.
Not sure how best to figure calories. I CF 3X/week, but have fallen off and on the nutrition wagon several times. Right now my goal is 1600 calories/day or less. My main goal is just to count my calories/record every bite.
