I tried Paleo, but it got me in a "diet mentality" and right away started craving foods that weren't Paleo... but I think that has more to do w/ me than the diet itself. I still eat grains (oatmeal in the morning, and usually some sort of carb w/ dinner), but really focus on whole foods, and if I can eat a veggie instead of a grain, then I make that choice.
Zone seemed really complex to me, so I didn't even attempt it. :)
What all are you doing to keep fueled?
Live each day "as if" you were the person you REALLY want to be, then someday you will actually BE that person...
