I am having a huge problem with this. Even when I don't WOD, I usually do body weight exercise. I can't find burpees, mountain climbers and many others. I rarely even track my activity because I find it so frustrating. Any tips?

I also just log it as circuit training...I know I burn more than what it comes up with doing a WOD but whatever....if I was that worried about the exact number I'd wear a HRM...
All your life you are told the things you cannot do. All your life they will say you're not good enough or strong enough or talented enough; they will say you're the wrong height or weight or the wrong type to play this or achieve this. They will tell you no, a thousand times, no, until all the no's become meaningless. All your life they will tell you no, quite firmly and very quickly. AND YOU WILL TELL THEM YES!
I add it as manual cardio. I wear a HRM and have gotten between 290 to 600 calories/day depending on length of the WOD and difficulty. It usually runs right around 400 calories for a typical (at my gym) 40 minute session. Waaay easier than calculating the individual exercises for me.

I wonder what it would take to get the "powers that be" at SparkPeople to add CrossFit workouts to the fitness tracker. Quite frankly, I don't come back as often as I should because of the time it takes to put in all the trackers. While I think it really is motivating and helpful, I am just too bust to spend a lot of time everyday entering my workouts. I think my time is better spent doing the workout. Plus by the time I get home, I have to do the math of what exactly was the workout, how many rounds did I do (particularly with AMRAPs), etc. . .and who wants to do that when you can hardly lift your water cup to your mouth because your muscles are so taxed. So here if my official request, Hey SparkPeople administrators, ADD THE CROSSFIT WOD's TO THE FITNESS TRACKER!

Does anyone track their workouts in SparkPeople? I was thinking of adding a generic WOD to my cardio with estimated calories. I've calculated an average for myself based on wearing a heartrate monitor a few times. Any ideas? Thanks, Sheri
