That was a tough workout!

Ones that get me are some you mentioned - KTE or toes to bar, plank holds and russian twists ( I usually use a KB)

We've also been working on hollow rocks and actually had them in a WOD this week - killer.

An old school one I do outside the gym is simple bicycles or climbing the rope.

At the CrossFit gym I was going to we had a girl make the mistake of asking that and was led through the coach's CrossFit ab workout. She did things like:

emoticon Balancing on her hands with her ankles in low hanging rings, then pulling her knees up to one elbow, swinging out and around the side, and then the other elbow, back and forth.

emoticon Knees to elbows. Hanging in pull up position, puller her knees up to touch her elbows. Or toes to bar, which is the same thing only worse.

emoticon "Russian:" Balanced on her sit bones with her feet at least a foot off the ground (sometimes called boat position, balanced on her butt) she held a weighted medicine ball and twisted to touch the ball to the ground on either side of her, back and forth.

emoticon Balanced in plank pose for 2 minutes with a weight on her back.

I don't think she ever asked for an ab workout again. Good luck.
