That sounds pretty serious. Hope your recovery goes well. As for me, I'm recovery from a killer cold. Haven't been able to workout, much less CrossFit, in 10 days. Going for a short bike ride today. We'll see how it goes.

Well, I have managed to tear some fibers on the middle ligament of the plantar fascia on the bottom of my foot. I have a wrapped foot and am on crutches for two weeks. At the end of two weeks, the doctor thinks I may be able to be off crutches but will still have a wrapped foot for a couple weeks.
Looks like crossfit will be off the table for a month until this heals.
