I'm in the same boat - I want to go every night of the week and I feel depressed when it's a day I know I can't make it. It's become a social group for me also - eventhough there are all ages, both genders and all fitness levels, everyone has been so supportive from day one that it's become so much more than a place to exercise. That sounds so lame but it's how I feel :) I started in Feb and I have seen my fitness level and strength increase ten fold. I am presently working on getting my kipping pull-ups. I can do a few dead weight pull-ups but haven't got the hang of the kipping movement yet. I'll get there though. Anyway, I hear you on the addiction part!
I'm addicted to Crossfit. Some think it's bad for me but I love love love it!. Who would have thought that I would become an athlete. I'm so grateful for the box and the friendships that I've made. I find myself thinking about doing WODs at work and can't wait to get to my class. If I try to take a day off I feel sadness, so on days that I'm very sore I like to go in and try to do the WOD or at least row while my fellow Crossfitters are performing. It's an obsession but compared to the unhealthy lifestyle I lead before I think it's a good obsession.
