I'm trying to get my schedule to be less crazy, so have only been doing CF twice a week. Next week I will be back to three times a week. And today I am opting to go for a nice 1.5 hr hike in the mountains rather than class. I'll do class tomorrow...it's just it is so nice today and me and my dog have been itching to get outside!
In other news: My weight had been fluctuating a lot in recent months: gain a pound, lose two, gain four, lose three. But, I am happy to report a steady weight loss of 2 lbs! This makes me happy because I KNOW I have lost fat and have gained so much muscle since starting CF...I'm glad my scale is starting to reflect the progress I have made. :)
