Thanks...the scale hasn't moved, but I got into a pair of my jeans today that I couldn't button a month ago!!!!! so wooohoooo..... I "know" all these things logically....but I would like to see the scale move!

I know what you mean about that number under that little glass window! Remember, muscle is heavier than fat so as you Crossfit and eat clean the fat decreases and the muscle increases. Try paleo...unlike zone it focuses on more what you eat than how much...a little easier plan. My husband's website has a paleo friendly recipe posted on it every Sunday to help give you ideas. (www.crossfitsalinasvalley.com) Focus more on how your clothes fit. You can do this!
I have been religiously logging and watching every calory for about a month...and I totally see a difference in clothes....I started zoning, and had to tweak it because I actually gained 2 pounds the first week! so now that I got that under control, I was hoping to see the scale move in a downward motion...lol....soooo frustrated!!!!! any info or comments??? ;)
