Thanks for the support. I did Friday's (scaled) WOD Sunday and did okay, and last night with the trainer has a phenomenal workout - I couldn't believe the stamina I had. Maybe hubby was right - I was just tired.
oh man yes i have..i went in one day and was just in a foul mood and it was karen (150 wallballs) and i just did horrid i was so pissed, and iritated i ended up hitting myself in the face with the ball and i just wanted to quit! most days the work out will help get me out of whatever bad mood i am in that day not so much
