Last night I worked with the Crossfit trainer. Don't know what was going on, but I had a really bad workout.
We did tabata style - Ring Rows, Kettlebell Swings, Push Press w/dumbells. Pretty simple right?
This should have been a breeze for me, but for some reason, I just had no strength. It was like nothing was working. I knew going into just the second round that things weren't clicking.
My score was miserable and I felt really frustrated. Plus I felt bad that, at least in my mind, I had wasted my trainer's time.
I don't know whether I hadn't eaten enough - or maybe I was tired. I know I am not sick. I am going to go to the gym and try the website WOD tonight and see how I do.
Has this happened to anyone else where you have had an off day?
