Thanks for the support. I did Friday's (scaled) WOD Sunday and did okay, and last night with the trainer has a phenomenal workout - I couldn't believe the stamina I had. Maybe hubby was right - I was just tired.

We all have this sort of workout.
Just show up and try again next time.
Don't beat yourself up and never loose hope.

If you stayed home on the couch with a tub of icecream instead then that would be bad.
Don't fret!!!! emoticon

oh man yes i have..i went in one day and was just in a foul mood and it was karen (150 wallballs) and i just did horrid i was so pissed, and iritated i ended up hitting myself in the face with the ball and i just wanted to quit! most days the work out will help get me out of whatever bad mood i am in that day not so much

Oh my goodness, that was so my WOD today. In fact, I was so discouraged I had to mention it in my blog this morning.

The WOD was 4 rounds of:

50 M overhead walking lunge 45 lb.
25 burpees
15 sumo deadlift highpull 65 lb.

Not only did I have to scale the workout, but I also quit at 2 of 4 rounds. I have never done fewer rounds than required. I have of course scaled, but never lessened rounds.

I attributed it to my time off and lack of sleep.

So it's not just you.....

Just have to keep at it and give it what we have.

Last night I worked with the Crossfit trainer. Don't know what was going on, but I had a really bad workout.

We did tabata style - Ring Rows, Kettlebell Swings, Push Press w/dumbells. Pretty simple right?

This should have been a breeze for me, but for some reason, I just had no strength. It was like nothing was working. I knew going into just the second round that things weren't clicking.

My score was miserable and I felt really frustrated. Plus I felt bad that, at least in my mind, I had wasted my trainer's time.

I don't know whether I hadn't eaten enough - or maybe I was tired. I know I am not sick. I am going to go to the gym and try the website WOD tonight and see how I do.

Has this happened to anyone else where you have had an off day?
