Still have to baby the lower back.
Yesterday did 3 rounds - 8 mins 16 secs
20 kettlebell swings
5 pullups
25 stepups
5 pullups.

I normally have to scale the website WOD, but the back thing, in it's own way, has been good. I have had to educate myself (with help of trainer) on what I can substitute for certain things.

This is how it works.
We walk through the alphabet letter by letter.
We start at A and finish with Z.
Some of my other teams do Christmas words or songs but I would like to see us use fitness and crossfit terms. It is okay if you don't know one just make it up. Let's see if we can get through the alphabet.

Once you submit a letter go to the person before yours sparkpage and give them a goodie and spread the spark!! Good luck.
