I posted my goals in a blog at the first of the month...
1. To lose 5 lbs or see some NSV(non scale victory)
2. Be consistent with at least 8 glasses water daily.
3. Some form of strength exercise daily. I need this...not so much for the exercise...but, for more flexibility and hopefully help with dealing with pain....so that I don't take so much medicine.
4. To start walking again.
5. To cut back on teams here on SP....so that I'm not spending so much time online. The more time I spend online.....the less that I have for actually exercising or working on other areas of my life.
6. Get my utility room completely cleared & organized.
