I've had a fairly lazy Eastertime and have to confess I've over-indulged on the food & drink front. Still, tomorrow's another day and my colleague and I will start training again as I've signed up for a 5k next month - my first since last September!

Thank you,You to Karma,and Brie,hope you had a beautiful Easter Sunday and all of the team.We had a very different day,did not do to much,did enjoy the sunshine and walked around and the fresh air was so wonderful.I had a feta and chicken breast tossed salad and the rest of my family had pizza,yep pizza,they didn't want ham.They didn't get Easter Baskets this year,so no candy temptations for me.Yay, and I was down a pound today.Life is good,Easter was relaxing and enjoyed family time.Monday,the kiddos back to school.

Have a beautiful day Diana. Today I'm having whatever I please only in moderation. Just came back from celebrating the Risen Saviour and am finishing up with the cooking. I have home made cake and ice-cream to enjoy after a long walk with my daughter and one of her friends who is visiting from Barbados. I have a well planned day and I'm going to enjoy every minute. Hope you are enjoying yours also. All the best to you and the entire team.

I have a big family gathering today. I spent last night making the requested chocolate pies. I will have to bring my own food today because of the allergy diet I am on and I can't be sure at all that anyone will bring anything I can eat (I can't even eat the chocolate pies I spent over an hour standing at the stove for). I will most likely bring my tomato basil and Mozzarella salad as it's quick easy and I like the taste.
