I am really thinking about my goals for April. Of course I want the usual of losing as much weight as I can, making wise / healthy choices, etc. but there is something more, deep inside that does not have a name yet. A longing to be fulfilled. I am going to keep searching and keep you posted on what I discover. -Marti

This April I will add at least 60 more minutes in my workouts over the course of a week. So instead of my 120 mins a week I will strive for 180mins.
