nibbling is where I get caught! Try and have a huge berry/watermelon fruit salad available and plan to take many small helpings throughout the day. Don't just take the same amount in one large helping... you'll be hungry again in 25 mins! Grab your blender and blend up fruit to make fruity Popsicles no one has to know that yours are minus all the extra sugar. Try for chicken instead of the other meats...many less calories. If you must have that burger- try without bread.
I don't know how it is in your house, but in ours, the 4th of July is all about the food. BBQing fatty processed meats & following it with sugary desserts. Not ideal for someone trying to lose weight! My will power is pretty good, but if anyone had any helpful tips for me, I'd appreciate it! :-)
