Hi, I am here after being away for awhile. I have lost about 20 plus pounds. SP helped me realize that I wouldn't make progress without significantly increasing my physical activity. I admit to feeling overwhelmed when I dropped below 200 because I never thought that would happen. I'm trying to lose down to 180 now and that is why I am back. I am eating mostly Vegan now and can't believe how much better I feel. Normally I work out about 5 miles a day on the Eliptical. Congratulations to everyone on still being around on SP!!

Hi.
I am 53 years old.
I lost 95 pounds my first year with Spark and another 30 since then.
Feeling a bit of a struggle recently though, and I still have another 80 pounds to lose.
I seem to have lost my focus.

But tomorrow I will once again put my best foot forward!

Well I am sort of starting over again it feels like. A year ago I was recovering from a car accident. Now I'm starting over again. I think my weight is up and I'm going to try my darnest to keep up with everything this time.

I've lost over 95 pounds with about 5 left to goal! I've run four 5K races and am running a half-marathon at the end of the month. I recently became a co-leader of the "Get Fit & Stay Fit for Life" Spark team.

5 pounds down form where I started. It's not much but, it's not up. I love SparkPeople. I have learned so much over the past year and my SparkFriends have all been great! I'm looking forward to an even better 2012!

You guys are awesome. Unfortunately I gained back what I lost. I went back to school and all my progress went out the window. Now I am starting over again and hoping this time to make it. Good for you guys who reached goal or are over half way there.

I am still around too and also a team member of 30 somethings with 50-99 pounds to lose. Last year I hit the ground running but made it a sprint for the first few months which slowed down to a complete stand still by October. I have maintained my weight and had a total loss of 42lbs in 2011. In 2012 I am aiming to lose another 60lb but am not going for that all or nothing approach, instead I will take the slowly slowly does it approach. I completed the first year of my degree and am half way through the second year, quite an acheivement as I also work fulltime and my grades are top dollar. So for me 2011 was a good year, I would like to say I have been healthy wealthy and wise but I can honestly say I did not get the wealthy part. Oh well I should count my blessings being happy, healthy and wise is enough for me.

I can and I will.

I am a team leader for 30 somethings with 50-99 pounds to lose and having a lot of fun with it. I'm down 41.8 pounds for the year, with about 35 to go. Feeling great!
