I have a problem. My 2 year old has decided that he is 10 feet tall and bullet proof so to say and is throwing fits left and right. I am at my wits end and don't know what to do about it and I was wondering if anyone had advise or knows a good book on nutrition? I am going to try to balance his nutrients to see if that helps. He isn't allowed sugar or caffine because it causes a noticable change, and he seems to crave sugar. HELP!!

The Angie theory of life.

The glass is always half full....it all depends on the angle you look at the glass.
