I've done it once, but I don't think I exported it to Excel. I'll have to look again, and get back to you, I guess.
Otherwise, I believe there's a "technical" board on the main community boards.
I went in and ran the first five days of september, as an example. I first forgot to press "update" so the original export was pretty much empty, as it only contained today's breakfast.
Then, I got a nice report for those five days.
However, I don't much like the Excel export, (lines of numbers) and have the "Print Friendly and PDF" icon on my browser taskbar (it's a downloadable 'app') and I can save the full report as a pdf (or print it out), in the tidy fashion that SP creates.
When I go to Reports (under the "My Trackers" Tab), and choose nutrition report, I can also create the report, choosing the "start date" and how many days (up to 7).
Then, when it creates the tidy report, it can be printed (bottom of page, button to press). Now, my computer will choose to "save as pdf" as a print option (even without the aforementioned program), so you could save weeks of reports on your computer, if you wished. It gives the nice colourful pie charts, too.
