I haven't seen the ad, but I'm guessing perhaps the ads are often regionally-based, so, being on the other side of the continent, AND in Canada, I wouldn't see it.
However, I do agree with the other response, such that who wants to eat modified food, not knowing the impact it may have on one's body?
I'm not sure how they figure out what ads would appeal to which groups but BOY are they trying to sell to the wrong bunch on that nonsense!!!

There is an ad here on SP about Washington State farmers backing "No to 522". I thought they had a valid reason. It turns out that they are spewing the Monsanto line that it would cost families more for non-GMO. I'm really getting tired of those ads and am a little disappointed that SP would run such garbage on the site.
