melon is almost too sweet for me, but it is lovely in my nutribullet with grapefruit and kale. Its like the UN making everyone gettting along.

I buy a load of bananas, then peel them, cut them into 1" pieces and freeze them. Freeze berries in season, too. A lovely vegan ice-cream substitute is to put frozen bananas and frozen berries (or mango!) in the food processor and blend until barely smooth. Served immediately, it is like soft-serve ice cream, only much better!

I love fruit but I am eating to low on carbs to have fruits right now. I hope soon I can add them back in some but I want to lose more weight before I add those back in.

This is the link to the Atkins website. even tho I dont fully do it the atkins way anymore I do still eat from the atkins food list/eat. I just count carbs different than they do.

Such a great combo, especially if you're craving something sweet. I just had this the other day with pineapple thrown in the mix.

Definitely lots of sugars there.
But, more than sugars, thankfully.

Excellent! Bananas are so naturally sweet and can be used for many things! I especially like that Trader Joes has banana slices that are freeze dried in their natural state- no added sugar like those awful hard banana chips we've all seen over the years!

Is one of the GREATEST natural sugar-bombs ever. I've known that I love them for 3 decades or so but I just had a bowl and GOOD GRIEF! Seriously.
