I add flax seeds to my yogurt (and other things).
I'll have to try chia.
I don't have time to write up something long, try SP, Livestrong for more details BUT:
for me, I cannot digest/ tolerate flax seeds (Celiac) but chia are dandy and cover most of what people take flax for.
Can I ask what benefits Chia seeds have?
My breakfast wasn't the utmost, but I do have other things with me in the office to eat that are likely better/more balanced.
So far, I've had: Iogo Greek Yogurt; Chia Seeds & Cinnamon.
Turkey Vegetable Soup
Frozen (Defrosted) Mixed Fruit
No idea how much I'll be consuming while in the office; but I like to make sure I have sufficient so I don't snack on things I shouldn't.
This evening we're having lamb chops.
Not sure of the veggies to accompany them, yet.
Possibly steamed broccoli or something similar.
Hi! It is quiet in a lot of forums. I had turkey, cabbage and garlic (as in about 1/4C in my meal) for dinner today.
