Yes I do both flax and chia seeds. I like them both. I switch it up from week to week. I use them in different recipes.

This is a pretty good video and would be good for diabetics as well, because he mentions glycemic index for fruits and grains. He did mention Chia seeds. I haven't tried those. Has anyone else tried those in their food? I usually use flax seed.
