Don't beat yourself up, we all have days like that. Just go through the day, pick yourself up the next day and start afresh. I know there are times when I lose control and eat things that are less than healthy due to hormonal changes but I've learned to not let it drag me down.

I find that when I eat raw oat bran that I am full longer and I don't crave as many bad foods.
Drinking a pineapple kale smoothie is a wonderful filler also with a sweetness all it's own. I love this drink!
Here's to fighting those dang food cravings!

The set backs are so hard! Hang in there. If it's all too overwhelming, try breaking it down into even half the day. Whatever you can do to get some momentum going. (Saying this to myself, too!)

Boy, been some kind of depressed & so eating WHATEVER I want.
Yup. I'm usually on target for preparing most of our family's foods at home, eating whole grains, local & organic produce and high quality meat if I can afford it...
Just lately been so discouraged that the scale is NOT moving, so I was like, "whatever" I'll just as I please then.
Staying on target with workouts but food choices have been gross.
I'd like to begin turning that around tomorrow...cause today's already yuck.
Food nourishes my physical body & God's Word is nourishing my soul.
