I am trying to eat atleast 2 whole foods every day, and using fresh and frozen foods in my cooking instead of canned or boxed. Hubby was told to eat 0.7 ounces of meat daily and reduce his salt intake, so we started there and have decided to improve on that.

am on vacation, try not to gain back more than 2 lbs

I am adding to my goals...relax and let nature take it's course as the pounds come off and my body reshapes itself. My weight didn't just show up in 1 day and it isn't going to go away in 1 day either. Everyday, I will just try to do 1 thing better than I did the day before...Like have 1% milk on my oatmeal instead of 2% or eat 3/4 of my toast instead of the 2 whole slices with my salad for lunch

I have a goal to be happy and satisfied that I am changing and getting healthier!

Complete the Official SparkPeople Spring Into Fitness Challenge (4 weeks - Coach Nicole Boot Camp every day & 30 mins cardio 5 days per week).

Exercise at least 30 minutes 5 days a week.

Stay within my calorie count at least 6 days a week.

Drink at least 8 cups of water a day.

Finish cleaning out my storage unit.

Lose 4 more pounds.

exercise at least 5 days a week and get in 5-7 fruits and veggies daily. I have already started back to the gym and have loved it! It feel so good! I am on the way to better eating as well! nothing feels better than being healthy and putting healthy things into your body and treating yourself right!

Slow down on soda, hopefully stop.

Have a large porterhouse steak and a small piece of cake, for my birthday, but stay within my calorie range.

Increase my exercises.

This is a good idea. I never thought about goals much until you asked.

Complete my 92 day juice feast - May 19th

Transition back to eating food May 20th - 26th

Commit 100% to 80/10/10 eating program by Dr. Douglas Graham and do 100 days straight adherence to the program doing a daily Spark blog on my journey.

Begin adding additional morning exercise regimen now that I'm healthy again and my body fat % is in a healthy range.

Complete deep cleaning of my house.

Begin my mentoring business to teach others the path to whole life health. It starts with the choice of the food or the phood items we eat.
