I am trying to eat atleast 2 whole foods every day, and using fresh and frozen foods in my cooking instead of canned or boxed. Hubby was told to eat 0.7 ounces of meat daily and reduce his salt intake, so we started there and have decided to improve on that.

I am adding to my goals...relax and let nature take it's course as the pounds come off and my body reshapes itself. My weight didn't just show up in 1 day and it isn't going to go away in 1 day either. Everyday, I will just try to do 1 thing better than I did the day before...Like have 1% milk on my oatmeal instead of 2% or eat 3/4 of my toast instead of the 2 whole slices with my salad for lunch
I have a goal to be happy and satisfied that I am changing and getting healthier!

exercise at least 5 days a week and get in 5-7 fruits and veggies daily. I have already started back to the gym and have loved it! It feel so good! I am on the way to better eating as well! nothing feels better than being healthy and putting healthy things into your body and treating yourself right!
