I experienced this last night. DH and I are not going out to eat for quite some time; there just isn't a need anymore. He and I had been eating out 1-3x for the past almost 4 yrs. I can see now why I had such bloating and fatigue; my Gosh the things that food does to your insides!
Are you allowed to bring your own food? I am not sure if that's possible with health codes. OxygenMag.com has several quick and clean recipes that will make several portions so you can take leftovers with you if needed. I love the Chicken Quinoa Pilaf and I make a double batch and it's enough for hubby and I both to have lunch for week. High fiber and protein and it tastes better the longer it sits in the fridge!
