I keep bananas and strawberries in the freezer and toss them in the blender with 1 cup silk vanilla almond milk for a healthy milk shake.

When I was doing low carb (and even afterwards when I added back the carbs, but kept everything else and packed on the pounds again), my favourite was:

Frozen blueberries topped with liquid whipping cream (just enough to provide a coating).
Made it like icecream

Raspberries. I will turn down *anything* if I have the option of raspberries instead.

I did the 21-Day Sugar Detox (there's a website, and downloadable guides).
It was great at getting a handle on sugar cravings.

You can usually handle anything for three weeks, and it's a great learning experience (or at least I found it to be so)

I find a lot of sweet fruit helps me. I have two apples a day. I also eat cherries and grapes. I even like to eat frozen blueberries.

I knoe onr method Real Age has talked about in the past and when I remember it does work that is chew sugarless gum. When I do this it does work wonderful for me.

If you get a sweet tooth, how do you handel it in a healthy way? I just wrote a blog about a video I watched on health by Dr. Roizen who is a partner of Dr. OZ. My blog tells what he said about people who have a sweet tooth. Go read it if you are curious. But I am interested in how you satisfy your sweet tooth in a healthy way. Thanks
