if you want to make it really active you should make little goals or motivational threads. idk??? im other teams ive seen people usually start by saying what is ur plan to loose weight. how much did u loose so far in this month? a sticky question like how are you feeling today? what kind of workouts did u do?

Hi Jaqjones. Yes I'm still around though I'm relatively new to the team-only discovered it very recently. Would you happen to have any ideas as to how to get people to be more active on the site? Being the new team leader I'd love some of your input!
