My goal are:

1. Take it one day at a time
2. Eat within my calorie range at least 95% of the time
3. Exercise 4 to 5 times a week
4. Lose enough weight to start running again

I want to run a 10k, for the first time since two years ago (when I jog/walked it a few times) before having surgery and then taking a year+ off from any physical exercise.

My plan is to start and finish the Couch25k program. I want to run my first 5k in October, the Race for the Cure! That would be a huge accomplishment for me.

What are your plans ... not resolutions... for 2011? Resolutions can be broken and done in less than a day, but plans and goals are ongoing and can always be picked back up and worked again!
