I think adding it to cardio as circuit training is the best idea.

The best way for you to track your calories burned during strength training is to wear a heart rate monitor. This will give you specific numbers and then you can adjust your eating accordingly to how much you are burning.

Ok I was able to get it toward my count, by adding it to cardio and listing it as circuit training. I am still logging specific excercises under the strength.

All exercise burns calories . The strengh exercise tracker does not tell us how many however . It just allows us to keep track of the body parts we decide to improve over time .

Hope this helps to answer your questions .

Great question, I was wondering that myself. Because choosing to do 30 minutes of cardio, and 30 minutes of strength = 1 hour of exercise. It takes a lot of time to try to dedicate towards working out, and I want to make every minute count too.

I have chosen to do Strength Training 3 times a week and Cardio 3 times a week and Yoga daily. The Cardio automatically keeps track of the calories burned. Is there any way to track the calories burned during my strength training and yoga sessions.

Thanks in advance!
