My plan was to work out today although it was done later in the day. I did walk my three dogs twice today but did overeat by 78 calories (but I don't feel too guilty).

My goal was to get outside and walk and run. It took a bit but I did it. I enjoy the exercise but sometimes when the fibro flares I do not want to do ANything. These posts help so much to motivate me to continue.
