Hi SP! Last night was about Liking to Persevere, and for us, you and i both know at what.
I'm trying to build character here. The character for successful dieting or the lifestyle for weight loss for fitness, nothing more.
will weigh self in a few moments.
yuch, back up to 248. and did the huddle at the Virtual Weigh In Club.
well, i promise to work hard at it again to get down to 125-128-135 and stay there.
i ruined months and years of hard weight loss and fitness work and have to start over.
have to remember, always:
"God helps those who help themselves."
have to make corrections in my SP screens. done.
may have to go back to ww because it's been 6 1/2 years! since the ?short coma?
after what was supposed to be a simple day surgery procedure in the x-ray dept.
after which i actually lived and worked at ~156#, for some months anyway.
Get in early, get it done asap, then at 5 p.m. jump up from the stretcher and go home, they said, or implied.
not what happened and had to regress to this state of my life up north here.
i've also totally lost control of my weight and fitness and haven't been able to get it back yet.
this life-long obesity thing has probably contributed largely to ruining, messing up my life.
well, that and the series of traumatic mental shocks.
and the kicker here is the most recent mental shock, as alluded to below.
don't mind me, i saw the film "You Got Mail" last night, so this morning i'm thinking that blogging works to attain happiness.
Tasks for today: gym, church, laundry, more Decluttering 2012, do taxes to make the tax deadline up north here and perhaps ww today, though i could start back to ww on thursday also~it depends on their office hours and schedule this morning. ~it's for 10:00 a.m. so i'll go and restart still in April 2012.
I have new mantra: "I like to persevere!"
Did i mention i have actually been back to the gym 3 times recently?
had the week off work so had time to go 3 times & recuperate in between.
i do track my workouts on paper while i am there.
