JULY 14 - LOST -2 LBS, WALKED 45 MINUTES, DID SOME MINI-WTS EXERCISES WITH DUMBBELLS, ATE UNDER CALORIES GOAL, ALL TRACKED IN SP

JULY 13 - WALKED A LOT, CONTROLLED FOOD, ALL TRACKED IN SP. WALKED 55 MINS, ATE UNDER CALORIES BUDGET, I LEFT THIS TOWN SOME TIME AGO. I'M JUST HELPING OUT HERE NOW.

JULY 1 - Hey Team!

i walked 90 minutes today around a lake. when was the last time you walked around a lake??

ate under 1490 calories as per July challenge. tracked all in SP.

JUNE 23: DOWN -2.1 LBS TODAY AT OFFICIAL WEIGH-IN.

GOT NEW SWIMSUIT, RIGHT AWAY WENT SWIMMING AT OUTDOOR POOL,

WALKED AT LEAST 30 MIN,

OVERATE BY 251 CALORIES

down -0.9 lbs. this week at dr's office.

Thanks for the encouragement! i weighed-in. down -0.9 this week down -14 lbs all told. not bad, i guess. felt too weak to eat less to lose more, surprisingly!

walked 60 mins. today and ate under 1500 calories.

down -2.5 lbs. at Dr.'s office early this morning. i usually weigh-in before eating.

went out for brunch, all food from today tracked in SP, under 1500 calories.

walked 35 mins to garden centre

worked the garden for a couple of hours

It is March 10th and I have been doing SPARKPEOPLE 5 months. I have changed my lifestyle and lost over 30 pounds. I read labels,(being more aware of calories,fat, proteins) pack my lunch and snacks (somedays I eat all of it, somedays I bring most of it home), post my food and water everyday. I am feeling better, have more energy and I think I am less stressed(most of the time) All is Good. I enjoy all the information and racking up SPARK POINTS.

Great - updated my spark page, blogged and received some great job opportunities and still managed to eat well and exercise (although limited) everyday. AWESOME!

I had a fabulous week. I started a 30 day slim down workout and met all my previous goals. Had to work out indoors more, way too cold to walk outdoors, need to work on my healthy food choices, have good days and bad days. Working on it.

i did good this week i walked for 90 minutes on thursday and on wednesday i rode my elliptical for 18 minutes and plan on riding it again after dinner

It's been an exciting week for me in that I've tried a few different cardio things and bought (and used) some light dumbbells.

"A person who exercises" is not how I usually think of myself, but I'm really proud of me.

First week went ok. I was mostly trying to track food here and keep an eye on what I eat. I did not exercise all week, so that will have to start soon!

I am down 3 lbs though.

Hello everyone! Hope you all had a fabulous week! it was my first week was pretty good. I ate out a couple of times but still managed to lose 3 lbs! That makes 43lbs total so far for me and only about 3 til' I will be under 200! woohoo, its been a long time since I have seen ONEderland and I am ready for it! I got in about 70 minutes of cardio this week and 60 minutes of strength training. I have done a lot of moving around this week in general, from taking the stairs EVERYWHERE to parking further away and dancing. Hope you all have a fantastic week!
