I am on a motivational team that goes from month to month so the weigh in day is whatever the first of the month is. For October, we weigh in on Fridays and starting on the motivation team for November, we will weigh in on Monday's! That means I have to be extra good on the weekends! I take my measurements once a month as well. I did it for the first time on the 23rd so that is when I will do it each month!
Getting on the scale (and taking my measurements) in my past "weight loss" lives, has become a point of obsession which when the scale goes the wrong way, causes me to demotivate and leave the program. So, my decision currently has been to weigh once/month. I decided that doing it after my TOM, would give me something to look forward to....So, my plan will be after the first of the month to weigh.

Mine are Mondays, though I also tend to weigh in daily. It's screwed me up this week, though, because I thought my initial weight was lower than it was, so I thought I gained .4 pounds. Instead, I lost 1.4! What a way to start feeling good over a weekend!
I "officially" weigh in on Wed, but I weigh every morning on the scale because it motivates. I belong to another team, Halloween Challenge and Wed. are the weigh in days. I also follow my SP check in, weigh in schedule. It helps.

In the various times I've gone to Weight Watchers meetings, I've weighed in on Tuesday mornings, Thursday mornings, and Thursday evenings, and my favorite is Thursday mornings! Like you, I'd work hard all week then get a little lax on the weekend and it wouldn't be as fun to weigh in on those Tuesday mornings. Those Thursday evening meetings were hard because I'd be wanting to skip eating all day at work, and that's never good... This time around I'm either going to do Thursday or Friday mornings, that way I can enjoy my family's Friday Pizza Night and not feel panicked all weekend to make up for it in time to weigh ;)

In the past, I've always thought of Monday as my weigh-in day... but I've realized that I tend to "slip" on my diet over the weekend all too often, and all the hard work I put in to eat right and exercise for 5 or 6 days out of the week don't look all that great on a Monday morning. I think I'm going to move my weigh in day to Wednesday mornings!
