congrats again, and ditto on cmelose's post. if you do the measurement thing, do it maybe every other week if you weigh yourself weekly. i tend to forget so i might end up doing it once a month.
but yeah, its helpful. all the best and have fun! just make sure to change up your routine about every 4-6 weeks to stave off or get through plateau a lot quicker, because your body has to adjust and if you don't change things up it gets stuck because its used to what you're doing to it. all the best!
