That is good info - I didn't know that either!

Thank you so much! that did the trick! I have only put in a mini goal b/c I think I will be less likely to give up at this point if I am looking at those goals... When I changed the date to meet the first mini goal it brought me back down where I was for calories! emoticon !!!

One way you can fix this is byu adjusting your goal weight date. If you make it sooner sparkpeople will adjust your calorie range back down.

So, I weighed this morning and the scale wend down... I have actually lost about 15lbs - so the program told me to edit my weight under the start page my goals... so I did this and my calorie intake WENT UP! I was a little shocked I think I was at 1670 to 1900 and some change- so now it shows 1800 to 2200 - What should I do - I have gone back to check the goal page and everything seems correct... I haven't felt hungry at what the calories I was eating - How do I fix this???
