So, I weighed this morning and the scale wend down... I have actually lost about 15lbs - so the program told me to edit my weight under the start page my goals... so I did this and my calorie intake WENT UP! I was a little shocked I think I was at 1670 to 1900 and some change- so now it shows 1800 to 2200 - What should I do - I have gone back to check the goal page and everything seems correct... I haven't felt hungry at what the calories I was eating - How do I fix this???
