Don't wait, just don't do as much. Try getting little bits of exercise in. Something as small as walking for 10 minutes 2 or 3 times a day will make a difference in your habits but also in how you feel. Exercise helps improve energy and focus!

Do what you can when you can. A little is better than nothing. This is not about a DIET... it is a lifestyle change and your life is NOW... it has already started.... it does NOT start when school ends. The summer is a great time to take care of yourself, do more towards getting healthy but it is not JUST a summer thing. You have to be able to keep it up 12 months a year.... including school ending and back to school.

If you are overwhelmed at work, and then try to do something else that will overwhelm you, you won't do well at either. Depending on how far away your summer is (mine starts next week), I would wait until I could have the time to do things effectively. Good luck with whatever you decide!

I did that. I waited until summer, and I regret it. I understand totally how you are feeling. At the end of the school year I was overwhelmed with end of the year stuff and my stepson's graduation and party! I didn't have a spare minute to breathe!!!
I know it's probably terrible, but with these last two weeks feeling so hectic, I have no motivation (or want to take the time) to eat healthy and exercise. I know I should but part of me thinks I should just wait til Summer since it's so soon and then I can put 100% into it.
So what do you do to find motivation? Or am I just being silly/talking myself out of something I know I should just start working on now?
