As to fiber:
Go with whole grains. My favorite is green beans and Ak Mak crackers.
Example: you can sautee the beans with shrimp for dinner, or toss in a salad.
The crackers- well, I top with tomatoes (roasted) or hummus.
Honestly, since I've made these few changes, I'm fuller, sleeping better and not obsessing over food!
