I have a pedometer and on a semi busy day I walk about 5 miles and over 10,000 steps. I also burn over 2,000 calories in a day just from work alone. I work in a Deli so you can imagine the movement I go through hours at a time. :)
So maybe when you're standing...walk in place? Just to get some movement.

So I work at a gas station. Simple right? You'd think....I'm constantly moving. Cleaning. Sweeping. Moping. Stocked. Heavy lifting. And in a 8 hr shift....I stand maybe 2 or 3 hrs collectively. So I know I have to burn some Linda calories....any suggestions? I tried logging 70 min. Of heavy house cleaning....and it was 340 Cal. I feel like I don't actually burn that. I'm buying a pedometer today so should I just log my steps?
