glad everyone feels the same way.I rarely check or post on facebook, I do put my update on as it is linked to earn the point, but it is so ambiguous to be meaningless, it's raining , good morning, etc. I think I will unlink it also.
I suppose for those egotists and lazy persons who write one blog and can send it out to millions these feature would be maaarvelous! I don't FB or Tweet because I'm not interested in knowing when anyone farts.

Yeah I have not linked SP to FB this time. last time I was on here I was point addicted and did all that stuff. Then I get a virus on my desktop through SP and finally had to shut down my account as it kept trying to give me one on the laptop too. I was afraid it would infect FB since I had linked them, but it didn't. Better to keep them seperate though I think. will change my settings now.

If you want to be happy, desire and pursue happiness more for others than yourself, and your own well-being will take care of itself. Dedicate your weight-loss journey and the achievement of all your goals to someone else and think of them when times get tough.
This info was passed on to me from another team I am on:
"This information came to me from another member Through another blog I just learned of a new feature on SparkPeople that automatically added a "Share Bar" to our blog entries. I do not like this feature.
If you'll notice your own blog now there is a "Share" bar at the top of the blog. That means if someone likes your blog entry they can "share" on their Facebook wall!! Who wants his/her blog about losing weight to show up on someone else s' facebook wall?
To delete this "Share bar" feature from your blog do this:
Go to your SparkPage. Click to Edit the page. On the top Un-check "Show share bar on my blog posts". Save your changes. "
Personally,I do not want anything I write to show up on someones facebook wall. Just passing along the info in case anyone wants it.
