I'm also very happy to see the back of 2010! It was a hard year personally and things in the world were also not great, from the Gulf of Mexico oil spill to the political problems here in Europe, I'm glad to move on to what I hope will be an easier year!

This year sucked! Back in Pittsburgh, my first husband (father of my kids) and my neighbor and friend of 40 years died, and two of my best friends, including my business partner, died here. My son got in some trouble, my daughter had medical problems, I fell off the food wagon, and I had complications with my knee replacement. Other than that, because of the devotion and support from the wonderful man who loves me, I also had the happiest year of my entire life, which made it possible to deal with all the sad stuff.
I would, though, appreciate a quieter, healthier, more prosperous New Year for myself, my family, and all my wonderful friends, both cyber and tangible.
Life is too short for negative drama & petty things. So laugh insanely, love truly and forgive quickly!
The best things in life are unseen, that's why we close our eyes when we kiss, sleep, & dream.
When you are responsible for your life and how it plays out, when you are making the decisions that are good and positive for you the year cannot be other than positive. One year down and looking forward to another year of great things!
