So sorry you are having a rought time. I have been dealing with depression for years so I understand a little what you are going through.
I see you are a member of one SP depression team -- have they been any help to you? I also see that there are numerous teams on that subject so maybe you could check them out as well.
I find it is hard to not be depressed about weight gain but that it is something I can control and do something about giving me some power over my life. It doesn't happen quickly but with some work on my part, I can do it. With some power and control over my life, I feel more positive about myself (not necessarily about the way I look) and then I feel a little happier and it starts a good circle.
Have a good day.
And none of this was sarcastic!

Thank you all for the support, this depression this time really hit hard and I am having a hard time recovering from it...I took a walk today to get some fresh air for the first tim in 9 days...However right now I am feeling very drained, I slept well last night, but it just didnt seem to help, maybe it will just take a few days to get out of this...I am also frustrated cause I gained 5 pounds while in the hospital...anyway I just want to thank you all for the support, I am amazed by all the support I get from the teams here, it really helps.
