I'm continuing to do most of my exercising working on the farm in my internship program. I just decided to combine my Peak 8 (HIIT) with my Circuit Strength training program on the same day, starting with the strength training. It worked well this week on Tuesday and I plan to do the same this Sunday. This way, I hope to be able to get both activities accomplished twice in one week rather than on one time each for each week. My blood sugar has really gone down and so has my Cholesterol numbers. I'm still on the mostly raw food diet, which works for me. I've just enjoyed on my annual free days for Thanksgiving and the traditional left overs day afterwards. Now it is back to my normal healthy lifestyle way of eating!
