Um, I took 2 naps today. Don't ask, I was just really tired and I wound up falling asleep again late in the afternoon for about an hour.
I never wound up taking work home this year really and I'm proud of that.
I saw a movie with my brother today.
I didn't have seconds for dinner.
I'm 5'8" and determined to make a change now.

Fall 2013 Simple Goals
1. Faithfully track and stay in my calorie range daily.
2. Get outside every single nice day for a brisk walk of at least 1 mile.
3. Reduce the take out meals and increase cooked at home meals.
4. Recommit to my YMCA classes that I love and attend regularly.
