And a good Wednesday morning to everyone.

Yesterday, I put in 30 minutes on the bike and 3 minutes on the rebounder. Pedometer reading for the day was 8587 steps. Mostly I rested up after Monday's marathon laundry activity. This is catch up day for errands.

Hello, Everyone. I did a mountain of laundry yesterday--back and forth to the laundry room in the basement of our building--and my pedometer racked up 16,038 steps. No structured exercise, but certainly did a lot of walking. emoticon

The Stronger Seniors dvd set just arrived today. I'd been using the excerpts you have posted here and really liked them. I was able to do the Stretch dvd today with a few breaks. The stretches feel very good to me. My physical therapist was excited to know about your work - so she has more things to suggest for people to do at home. The exercises on Stretch fit in well with the program she has me doing. And I'm sure the ones on Strength will as well.

So this is a big emoticon from me to you! emoticon

30 min-LS dvd-2 miles-4000 steps(walking in place, seated)
15 min-LS dvd-1 mile-2000 steps(walking in place, seated)
cardio: 20 min-anne burnell exercise video clips; 15 min low impact aerobics, including wall and counter pushups-30 reps

9/18 Carried 20 cement blocks from the front yard to the back yard & to the project. About did in my neck & Back but they always hurt anyways so what is the difference.

9/20 Was Aquaroebics for 60 minutes & water jogging for 20.

9/21 Same , Aquaroebics for 60 min & water jogging for 20. Heading out right now. I pick up my vision impaired friend & her dog to go to this.

Aqua roebics has done wonders for me. All of that carying yesterday, other than my really bad neck & back, I don't have a single ache in my body. Even my arms arn't sore. Neck & back are always hurting so I'm rather used to it. emoticon

I got an extra day of exercises in yesterday (Sun) I carried 20 cement blocks from the front yard to the back & on out to the project. emoticon AND yesterday broke all records for this date since 1962. It was 111 degrees. To say the least, I broke a sweat!

Sorry, I still have 2 double sliding doors to do plus window treatments for all windows. With drs. tomorrow, won't do them 'til Wed.& Thurs. Think that will be enough windows for me 'til spring. Maybe Gloria's cleaning person would like a change.

When my DH came home from an errand at noon, he asked me if I was still working. I told him I was exercising.

Hi, I don't know if anyone wants to put their daily exercises down here that they do ~ I just thought it might help to keep me/us accountable.

We each do the exercise of our choice of course and whatever day(s) we wish to do them and for the amount of time that suits us. It's an individual choice.

I figure to put mine here so jump right in anyone else who wants to do this too!
